DEFINITIONS
1. Donation: any asset, including any monetary amount, gifted by a Donor to Save Soil Foundation, by means of electronic authorization through the website of Save Soil Foundation or otherwise.
2. Donor: a natural or legal person or corporate entity who donates, has donated, or will donate a Donation to Save Soil Foundation.
3. Goal: Save Soil Foundation is committed to developing technologies for the preservation and improvement of soil health and quality.
4. Save Soil Foundation: Save Soil Foundation, a foundation (Stichting) established under the laws of the Netherlands with a registered office at Weena 690, 3012 CN Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

APPLICABILITY
These General Terms and Conditions apply to every Donation. By making a Donation, the Donor agrees with these General Terms and Conditions. Save Soil Foundation uses the personal data of each Donor to process their Donation. The Privacy and Cookie Notice of Save Soil Foundation applies to the processing of this personal data by Save Soil Foundation.

DONATIONS
By making a Donation, a Donor agrees that Save Soil Foundation and any and all (future) subsidiaries and/or affiliates of Save Soil Foundation are entitled to use a Donation at their own discretion, within the scope of the Goal and the articles of association of Save Soil Foundation. A Donation is irrevocable. Recurring donations can be canceled upon request by the Donor, by contacting us through our website. Save Soil Foundation will provide any Donor with a donation certificate upon request by the Donor.

FINAL PROVISIONS
The district court of Rotterdam has exclusive jurisdiction to judge all disputes that arise between the Save Soil Foundation and a Donor concerning a Donation. Dutch law applies to a Donation and these general terms and conditions. Thank you for supporting Save Soil Foundation and helping us in our mission to protect and enhance soil quality. If you have any questions or requests regarding a Donation, please do not hesitate to contact us. Save Soil Foundation will do its utmost best to handle any questions or requests in a satisfactory manner.

DISCLAIMER
Save Soil Foundation (SSF) bears no legal relationship with any other entity, organization, or prominent individuals working towards the global goal of #SaveSoil residing in the public domain, except as explicitly specified in its agreements, partnerships, or affiliations. SSF is a completely independent non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the global mission to Save Soil through the development of space technologies. Any collaborations, partnerships, or associations entered into by SSF will be clearly defined in separate agreements and shall not imply legal, financial, or operational control by any external entity or individual. SSF operates autonomously, adhering to its mission, vision, and goals while contributing to the global cause of saving soil through innovative space technologies.
